Sourcesweg Day Barn
Whether you are an esotericist or not, some places have more energy than others. The Quellenweg is known for its power spots and radiates a lot of tranquility. Even the start at Tätschbach, the highest waterfall in Engelberg, lets you sense the character of this hike. Once you have crossed the first stretch towards Tagenstall, you are drawn into the spell of the beautiful mountain world below the Hahnens. This place has always been known for its numerous small springs. From here, the path leads gently uphill to the Fürenalp mountain station.
Along the way, you pass by the historic slate quarry. At this location, the monastery used to quarry stones for the roof.
